Sustainable Forest Management, Pakistan

The Project works in seven landscapes to demonstrate approaches and good practices regarding sustainable forest management (SFM), biodiversity conservation, enhancing carbon mitigation and carbon stocks. Two of the landscapes are located within the Temperate Coniferous forests of Siran and Kaghan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, one in the Sub-tropical Evergreen (Scrub) forest in Salt Range in Punjab Province and two each in the Riverine forests in Punjab and Sind provinces.


From Siran Temperate Coniferous Forest, to Kaghan Temperate Coniferous Forests, Salt Range Scrub Forest and Taunsa- Kotla Issan Riverine Forests.
